Cls Money

Excellent. This is the third mortgage completed with CLS Money plus a couple life insurance policies. Would highly recommend, always receive a brilliant service. It's great that there's a team of them so someone is always able to assist throughout the process which I prefer than a one man/woman band. But they're not too big that you don't feel the service is personable. Shout out specifically to Charlotte and Amy.

I wanted to drop a review on my experience with CLS. I was having issues previously with finding a lender due to to going through a seperation and still being named on the previous mortgage, which put a number of other lenders off, as they would only lend on 75%. With CLS having access to the full market, they were able to secure an amazing deal for us, with a lower interest rate than we had seen previously. We are really happy with our experience with CLS and I would like to personally thank both Charlie who was the initial claims handler. You could tell that he cared about the process and was very excited to deliver the news to us, which was really refreshing. Charlie, you are an absolute gem! Also to thank Rachael, as she was able to assist us through matters during the application and arranging the valuation. I would highly recommend CLS for future lending. I appreciate you need to pay outside of the initial handling but I will say you pay for what you get.

As a first time buyer, struggling to get a mortgage due to another buyer having adverse credit, and not a great credit score, with myself being in debt, I was loosing hope! We had constantly been told it wasn’t possible by other brokers, so when I found CLS I didn’t really expect them to help.. BUT, I am absolutely delighted and happy that today we have received an offer! My broker was Charlie, he was amazing, he constantly kept us up to date, had multiple options for us, reassured us, advised us! Was professional and experienced, he was an angel! I could not recommend this place enough! I would recommend them to family and friends any day!! 11/10 for me!! :)

I cannot praise Sue from CLS enough. She has been absolutely fantastic and found us a mortgage despite many challenges. She has kept us constantly updated and really supported us through the whole process. Gemma has continued to keep us update throughout the application stage and has made us feel valued and supported. Really helpful with finding a mortgage. Always there to answer any questions I had and was very patience when things were taking time. 100% recommend. I’ve been turned away from other mortgage broker as they couldn’t find a suitable one for me with being self employed etc, but this mortgage broker instantly found one for me and a great one too!
